Coordinating Junk RemovalWith Your Move.

A move involves many moving parts, and timing is crucial. We recommend scheduling your cleanout the day before your movers arrive or the day after they leave. If needed, we can work on the same day as your movers, provided there’s enough space for both teams. We are equipped to handle moving cleanouts in apartments, navigating elevators and parking. If you’re in a condo, please inform us about any booking windows or elevator restrictions.

We do not transport items to your new home, so it’s important to know what to “keep” versus “toss” before we arrive. We suggest using a sticky note system: green for keep, yellow for sell/donate, and red for junk (read more downsizing tips here). Donating Your Unwanted Goods.

Moving often involves letting go of items that are still useful but don’t fit your new life. We prioritize donation and recycling over the landfill, routing gently used items such as furniture, clothing, and kitchenware to local partners like Habitat for Humanity or Value Village. Metal is sent to Goodies Metal Recycling, while unstained wood and yard debris are directed to Biocentral.

Although we can’t guarantee the donation of all items due to charity policies, we strive to divert as much material as possible, helping you declutter guilt-free in the Fraser Valley.

Moving days can be chaotic, but our team brings calmness and professionalism. We are a licensed and insured company, and our staff is trained to work safely. Whether maneuvering heavy furniture or carrying boxes, we take care to avoid any damage to your property.

Our crew wears steel-toed boots and can use boot covers for clean interiors. We also provide WorkSafeBC clearance letters upon request. Our goal is to leave the space cleaner than we found it, allowing you to enjoy your new place without added stress.
